After completing the ticket purchase, eligible Royal Orchid Plus Silver members will receive a lounge access E-voucher via the email address provided during booking within 24 hours. Please present the E-voucher to lounge staff at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Terms & Conditions

1. The complimentary lounge access E-voucher is valid for use at Royal Silk Lounge (Concourse D) or Royal Orchid Lounge (Concourse D and E) when departing from Suvarnabhumi Airport only.

2. The voucher is valid for one-time use, prior to departure on the flight specified on the voucher.

3. Members must hold Silver tier status on the date of purchase in order to be eligible for this offer.

4. Members must provide Royal Orchid Plus membership number at the time of booking.

5. Only Royal Orchid Plus Silver members who purchase THAI international tickets in Full Flex fare class (Y/B/M booking class codes) and travel within December 2025 are eligible to receive the complimentary lounge access E-voucher.

6. This privilege is non-transferable and valid only for the member whose name appears on the E-voucher.
