No weight or size restrictions apply. If the item does not meet these conditions (e.g., more than one (1) item per passenger or not required for the passenger’s personal mobility), it will be treated as normal baggage and the applicable baggage rules will apply.
For passengers with disabilities travelling to or from airports in the European Union (EU), up to two (2) mobility aids, including manual and electric or battery-powered wheelchairs, may be accepted as checked baggage free of charge in accordance with EU Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2006 (subject to advance warning of 48 hours and to possible limitations of space on board the aircraft, and subject to the application of relevant legislation concerning dangerous goods).

Batteries must be properly secured, protected against short circuit, and the mobility aid must be prepared to prevent accidental activation during transport. Where powered by lithium batteries, applicable dangerous goods requirements, including watt-hour limitations and battery handling procedures, must be complied with.

Baby Stroller may be accepted as cabin baggage, provided that it meets the airline’s size and weight restrictions and can be safely stowed in the overhead compartment or under the seat. If the stroller exceeds the permitted dimensions or cannot be safely accommodated in the cabin, it should be properly tagged and handled as checked baggage at the gate or check-in counter, ensuring it is securely folded and protected from damage during handling. The stroller is not allowed to unfold and be used in the cabin at all times.
