Terms and Conditions:
Service Fee for Ticket Change applies to all revenue tickets issued by Travel Agent whereas TG is considered as
the Validated e-Ticket Carrier.
When separate tickets are changed at the same time as a series of journey, it is counted as one set and one service
fee for ticket change applies in Total. A combined service fee will be charged per transaction, in addition to other
change fees, as per the ticket conditions.
Service Fee for Ticket Change applies to Infants who turn two years on the date of departure.
Service Fee for Ticket Change applies for the change with THAI and itinerary including other airline sectors
issued by a Travel Agent.
Service Fee for Ticket Change can be paid in US dollars or local currency equivalent.
No child discount applies.
Service Fee for Ticket Change is non-refundable.
Service Fee for Ticket Change is not applied to:
• Award (Mileage Redemption) tickets.
• Infant un-occupying a seat.
• Booking that change in case of flight irregularity.
• Booking that change is unable to handle by agent such as Travel Voucher etc.
