Terms and Conditions

1. Travel Voucher is valid until the expiration date.

2. The Travel Voucher may be used as credit towards paid tickets for flights operated by THAI (TG 3 digits only). It cannot be used for award tickets.

3. The Travel Voucher may be redeemed via www.thaiairways.com and THAI contact center (+662) 3561111 and the THAI TICKETING office on or before 30 June 2027.

4. The Travel Voucher is valid until its stated expiration date. Its validity cannot be extended for any reason.

5. A maximum of one Travel Vouchers may be used per booking. Vouchers from different campaigns cannot be combined.

6. Travel Voucher is not transferable.

7. In cases where the currency of Travel Voucher is different from the currency of the ticket to be purchased, transactions are carried out at the current exchange rate in THAI reservation system.

8. If the value of the Travel Voucher is insufficient to cover the total payment, the outstanding balance may be paid by credit card. Payment must be made in the same currency as the Travel Voucher.

9. The Travel Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
