TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These special offers are valid for new Basic Cardmembers of the THAI American Express® Platinum Credit Card and The Platinum Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) and are subject to the terms and conditions set out below:

  1. The offer is available to the first 100 eligible new cardmembers (the “Eligible Cardmembers”) who (a)  provide the consent for American Express to contact and offer American Express's products and services or promotions; (b) submit a complete card application for either THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card or The Platinum Card (the “Card”) through the QR code provided on the Tent Card at the American Express counter during the event period from 4–7 June 2026 (both dates inclusive); and (c) are approved for the Card by 25 June 2026.  
  2. The Eligible Cardmember will be eligible to receive a THB 5,000 discount when booking one international return flight operated by Thai Airways Eligibility will be determined based on Thai Airways.  The discount is applicable to base airfare only, and cannot be used to pay for taxes, airport charges, fuel surcharges, baggage fees, seat selection fees, ancillary service fees, or any other fees or charges.
  3. Customers who are existing Cardmembers or have canceled any American Express Cards issued by American Express in the last 12 months from the date of receiving the Card application, duplicate applicants, rejected applicants, withdrawn applications, and applicants who provide incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information are not eligible for the offer.
  4. The online discount code will be provided to the Eligible Cardmembers via email on 31 July 2026. If the Eligible Cardmembers do not receive such discount code, please contact American Express: Sales Executive at 0 2091 2770
  5. The online discount code is valid for redemption from 1 August – 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive).  Travel dates are not restricted, subject to ticket validity and fare conditions. 
  6. Each discount code is unique and issued under the Eligible Cardmember’s name. The code may only be used once and is valid for one international return flight booking transaction for one passenger only. The passenger name must match the Eligible Cardmember’s name. If the booking is cancelled, refunded, voided, no-showed, or changed, the discount code will not be reissued or reinstated unless approved otherwise by American Express.
  7. To redeem the offer, the unique discount code must be entered in the designated discount code field on the Thai Airways website or mobile application prior to searching for flights.
  8. The discount code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, not for resale, has no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers or benefits, and cannot be converted to statement credit or Membership Rewards points. Any unused value will be forfeited.
  9. This benefit is provided by Thai Airways International, Thai Airways International reserves the right to cancel or amend the Terms and Conditions of this benefit at any time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 
  10. American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible for the goods, services, activities or benefits not being provided or fulfilled by Thai Airways International.  In the event of loss, dissatisfaction or any dispute in relation to the goods, services, activities or benefits received in connection with the offer, please contact Thai Airways International directly.  American Express remains responsible for matters relating to the terms and conditions of this offer, such as eligibility criteria and delivery of the discount code.
  11. In the event of any dispute arising from the offer, the decision of American Express shall be final and binding all related parties.
