1. Eligible Cardmembers (defined below) can receive Baht 2,000 savings when purchasing round-trip tickets with Thai Airways (defined below) for 2 passengers (Baht 1,000 savings per ticket) (including the Eligible Cardmember) using THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card (the “Eligible Card”), issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) for payment of the tickets in a single transaction on www.thaiairways.com or THAI Mobile App by entering the promotion code “20YEARS” (the “PromoCode”) before searching for flights from 15 January - 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Program Period”), (the “Promotion”).

2. The PromoCode is eligible for both Basic and Supplementary Eligible Cardmembers.

3.  Limit 1 code redemption per Cardmember and a total of 500 codes throughout the Program Period.

4. The PromoCode is valid only if the Eligible Cardmember who makes the purchase is traveling on the same flight itinerary, and the departure date on the purchased tickets must be from 15 January – 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive).

5. The PromoCode is only applicable to round-trip tickets for Economy, Royal Silk, and Royal First classes, departing from Bangkok to international routes of Thai Airways.

6. The PromoCode is applicable to the ticket base fare only, no discount will be applied to airport taxes, ticketing fees, fuel surcharges, additional fees, or travel insurance fees.

7. The PromoCode is not applicable for children and infants’ tickets.

8. The PromoCode cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other benefits or compensation and cannot be combined with any other offers.

9. In the event of any changes to the travel dates, the new tickets issued must be charged at full fare, as the PromoCode is applicable solely to the first transaction and cannot be reused or transferred.

10. Thai Airways’ Terms and Conditions apply but in the event of any inconsistency, the Terms and Conditions set out herein shall apply.

11. Thai Airways reserves the right to change fares and conditions without prior notice to the Eligible Cardmembers.

12. In case of any dispute arising from the Promotion, the decision of American Express and Thai Airways shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. American Express and Thai Airways reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

1. Basic Cardmembers who hold a THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card (the “Eligible Card”, and its holder, the “Eligible Cardmember”) may receive up to Baht 1,000 statement credit (the “Statement Credit”) when purchasing Thai Airways in Thai currency (Baht) (“THAI”) flight tickets departing from Thailand from THAI ticketing offices located in Thailand or THAI’s website or THAI’s mobile app, capped at a maximum Statement Credit of Baht 500 for each Redemption Period (as defined below) from 5 January - 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Program Period”)(“Program”).

2. “Redemption Period” refers to the following six (6)-month period, as applicable: (i) the period starting from 5 January 2026 and ending on 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive); and (ii) the period starting from 1 July 2026 and ending on 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive). You cannot carry any unused or unawarded Statement Credit from one Redemption Period to the next Redemption Period.

3. The Eligible Cardmembers will receive Statement Credit of Baht 500 on their Eligible Card account for a single transaction of Baht 10,000 or more made at THAI (“Eligible Transaction”) once during each Redemption Period.

4. Eligible Cardmembers are required to enroll in the Program prior to enjoying the Statement Credit. The enrollment link will become available on go.amex/thai1000_en during the Program Period from 5 January 2026 onwards. Eligible Cardmembers are only entitled to receive Statement Credit for Eligible Transactions made from the enrollment date onwards until the end of the Program Period. Any spending that occurs prior to enrollment will not be counted as Eligible Transaction.

5. The Statement Credit is limited to Baht 500 per Redemption Period per Eligible Card account, with a maximum total of Baht 1,000 Statement Credit per Eligible Card account throughout the Program Period.

6. Eligible Cardmembers shall be entitled to receive Statement Credit for any Eligible Transaction made on any Supplementary Eligible Card under the same Eligible Card account and such Statement Credit shall be attributed towards the maximum Statement Credit of Baht 1,000 per Eligible Card account over the Program Period. 

7. The Statement Credit will appear in the Eligible Cardmember’s billing statement within ninety (90) working days from the end of the relevant Redemption Period.

8. The Statement Credit accrued in the Eligible Cardmember’s account under the Program is non-transferable to any other person, entity, or Card account, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Any transactions that are canceled or refunded will not be eligible for the Statement Credit.

10. The Statement Credit is only applicable to Eligible Cardmembers who meet all the following conditions: (i) paid the full annual fee for the Eligible Card; (ii) their Eligible Card account is in good standing and/or not canceled for any reason; and (iii) the Eligible Cardmembers must not be in breach of any Terms and Conditions of the Eligible Card from the date the Statement Credit is accrued to the date it is utilized. 

11. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of Eligible Cardmembers’ participation in the Program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. American Express reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions and/or the Program at any time at its sole discretion in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

1. The 2X Royal Orchid Plus miles benefit is only available to Basic Cardmembers who hold a valid THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card (the “Eligible Card”, and its holder, the “Eligible Cardmember”) who purchase Thai Airways (“THAI”) tickets or Royal Orchid Holiday packages from THAI ticketing offices located in Thailand or THAI’s website or THAI’s mobile app (“Eligible Transaction”) for the period from 5 January – 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Eligible Period”).

2. The 2X Royal Orchid Plus miles are a combination of:

a. Regular THAI American Express Platinum points (“Regular Points”) that Basic Cardmember receives from the Eligible Transaction. 

b. BONUS Royal Orchid Plus miles (“Bonus Miles”), which are equivalent to the Royal Orchid Plus miles converted from the Regular Points earned by the relevant Basic Cardmember pursuant to item (i) above by applying the prevailing conversion rate.

For example: If the Eligible Transaction is Baht 6,000 and the applicable conversion rate is 2 Regular Points = 1 Royal Orchid Plus mile (effective from January 5, 2026 onwards), the Basic Cardmember will receive:

i. 480 Regular Points; and

ii. 240 Bonus Miles.

3. American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) will credit the Regular Points to the Eligible Card account on the date the Eligible Transaction occurred and transfer the Bonus Miles to the Eligible Cardmember’s Royal Orchid Plus account within 90 days or more after the month in which the Eligible Transaction is posted.

4. This benefit is only available to the Eligible Cardmembers, who meet the following criteria: (i) paid the full annual fee for the Eligible Card; ii) all accounts of the Eligible Cardmembers with American Express are in good standing and/or not canceled for any reason; and (iii) the Eligible Cardmembers must not be in breach of any Terms and Conditions of American Express Cardmembership throughout the Eligible Period and up to the date their Royal Orchid Plus accounts are credited with the Bonus Miles. 

5. This benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless otherwise indicated.
