· Eligible for the card holders who complete the registration via SMS or UCHOOSE within the transaction date and receive the confirmation message. Also, the card holders must have the full spending at Thai Airways under the authorised by Visa, Matercard and JCB only.

· Cashback is limited at not more than 4,500 Baht/primary card account /sales slip /month and 18,000 Baht /primary card account throughout the promotion period. And cashback will be rewarded within 30 days from the end of month of promotion.

· Cashback will be rewarded for the transactions that have completed settlment only and will be excluded for any void or cancelled transactions.

· Cashback will be rewarded within 30 days from the end of month of promotion.Also,  Spending from supplementary card will be calculated for cash back credited to primary card account only.

· This privilege is eligible for purchase of air tickets conducted in compliance with terms and conditions, excluding spending from canceled transactions. Cash back cannot be transferred to others, nor can it be exchanged for cash.

· The company reserves the right to offer cash back under this program to members who maintain their membership status and who are without a record of default or outstanding payment throughout the program until the day on which the cash back is credited to the account of the member. Card members should keep registration record, booking reference and receipt as evidence.

· The company reserves the right to alter details and conditions or to cancel any benefit of the promotion without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Company is deemed final.
