• Redemption Rates

SCB PRIVATE BANKING, SCB FIRST, SCB PRIME credit cardholders:

• Redeem 15% cashback (150 THB) per 1,000 POINTX points.
• Redemption is capped at 100,000 POINTX points per person throughout the promotion across all registered card types under the same name.

Other CardX and SCB credit cardholders (excluding CardX FAMILY PLUS / SCB FAMILY PLUS credit cards):

• Redeem 10% cashback (100 THB) per 1,000 POINTX points.
• Unlimited POINTX points redemption per person throughtout the promotion.

Send an SMS by typing INA (space) followed by a space, the last 12 digits of your credit card number, another space, and the points you wish to redeem (in multiples of 1,000), ensuring the redeemed points do not exceed the spending amount per sales slip. Send the SMS to 4545454 and register all card types within the same day of spending using the card used for the transaction. (SMS service fee applies.)

Once points are redeemed, the transaction cannot be canceled, transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash or other items. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers.

If there are insufficient POINTX points on the deduction date, CardX and SCB reserve the right to cancel the cashback credit under this promotion.

1. Cardholders can convert eligible spending into 0% interest installments for a period of 4 months. Eligible spending must occur and be completed between January 1 and December 31, 2025.
2. Each transaction must be a minimum of 2,000 baht (or another minimum amount as determined by the company in the future) to be eligible for installment conversion. The total amount requested for installment conversion must not exceed the limit specified by the company.
3. Transactions excluded from the program include cash advances, unit-linked insurance purchases, tax payments to the Revenue Department and other government agencies, Dee Jung installments, interest, fines, and other fees.
4. Converted transactions will not earn POINTX reward points or cashback (depending on the credit card type). If any POINTX points or cashback have been credited prior to conversion, the company reserves the right to reverse or adjust them accordingly.
5. This promotion does not apply to SCB PRIVATE BANKING, SCB FIRST, and SCB PRIME credit cards.
6. The monthly installment amount will be calculated by dividing the total converted amount by the number of installments and will be shown in the cardholder's monthly statement.
7. Cardholders agree to pay the full installment amount stated on each credit card statement. Failure to do so will constitute a default, and the full outstanding amount for that transaction will become immediately due.
8. If a cardholder wishes to pay off the installment plan early, they must contact the CardX Contact Center at 1468 or +662-999-1468 (for international calls). Early payment will include any remaining principal, interest, and applicable fees. If the full amount is not paid by the due date stated in the statement, the cardholder will be considered in default, and the full amount will become immediately due.
9. If the credit card is canceled for any reason, all outstanding balances will become immediately due, and the provisions in Clause 7 will apply.
10. In the event of default, the company reserves the right to charge the full outstanding amount, plus interest at the maximum default rate (currently 16% p.a.), including debt collection and other applicable fees as per the company's latest announcement.
11. The company reserves the right to allocate any payments made by the cardholder toward outstanding debts as it deems appropriate.
12. If a cardholder pays more than the required installment amount or makes an early payment and wishes that amount to be applied toward credit card debt, they must notify the CardX Contact Center. The company will process the request accordingly, and the cardholder can verify the adjustment in the following month’s statement. Monthly installment payments must continue as stated in the credit card statement.

• This privilege applies to CardX and SCB Credit Cardholders who register for the program via SMS as per the specified conditions. To qualify, cardholders must make a full payment in Thai Baht using the registered card to purchase tickets for THAI AIRWAYS. Eligible transactions must be made directly via the airline's service counter or official website between April 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025. Cashback will be granted according to the specified promotion details.
• CardX and SCB credit cards that have transitioned from SCB and retain the old card design are also eligible.
• Applicable only for ticket payments in Thai Baht.
• CardX / SCB will deduct points and credit the cashback to the successfully registered credit card account within 90 days after the promotion ends. The cashback will appear on the next billing cycle of the credit card statement.
• Cashback cannot be transferred, exchanged, withdrawn for cash, or converted into other items.
• Transactions not eligible for this promotion are airline ticket purchases made through travel agencies, travel agency websites, or general online airline ticket platforms that are not part of the program and transactions involving 0% Dee Jung installment plans, including Call for Dee Jung via SCB EASY APP or SCB Call Center, Dee Jung Transfer, and canceled transactions.
• Cardholders eligible for this benefit must maintain an active membership with CardX or SCB credit cards, ensure their accounts are in good standing, demonstrate a history of timely payments, and have no record of default or violations of the terms and conditions set by CardX or SCB up to the time of receiving the benefit. CardX and SCB reserve the right to suspend or revoke the benefit if it is determined that the cardholder does not meet the eligibility criteria or fails to comply with the specified terms and conditions.
• CardX and SCB reserve the right to modify or cancel the rules, conditions, terms, duration, benefits, and this promotion with at least 7 days' prior notice before the changes take effect, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances. In case of disputes, the decision of CardX/SCB will be final.
• This promotion is not applicable for credit card usage related to business or commercial activities and cannot be combined with any other promotion.
• Any conditions not mentioned in this program are subject to the terms and policies of participating airlines. Please review these conditions carefully before purchasing products or services.
