Terms & Conditions for POINTX Redemption

· POINTX redemption is only valid for the points remain in the credit card account used to purchase the airline ticket. Points transferred to the POINTX application are not eligible for this promotion.

· Once the cardholder completes the POINTX redemption for credit back, they agree and accept that:

• The transaction cannot be canceled.
• The redeemed points cannot be transferred to others, exchanged, refunded in cash or any other items.
• The redemption cannot be combined with other promotions.

· If the POINTX balance on the date of point deduction is insufficient according to the specified conditions, CardX and SCB reserve the right to cancel the credit back under this promotion.

1. Promotion Period: From May 28, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

2. Cardholders may request to convert transactions of at least 1,000 THB/transaction (or other amounts as later specified by the company) into installments. The total amount eligible for installment must not exceed the limit set by the company.

3. Cardholders can opt for a 4-month installment plan at 0% interest. The request must be completed by 10:00 PM on the payment due date of the transaction. For those using direct debit, the request must be made at least one day before the due date and no later than 10:00 PM on the transaction date. The company may revise these timeframes later.

4. Approval depends on the cardholder’s credit history and other requirements set by the company.

5. Excluded transactions: Tax payments to the Revenue Department, cash advances, mutual fund purchases, unit-linked life insurance, existing installment plans and Deejung monthly installment plans, interest, penalties, and fees.

6. Transactions converted to installments will not be eligible for POINTX or credit back (depending on card type). If rewards were previously granted, the company reserves the right to adjust them accordingly.

7. Excluded cards: SCB PRIVATE BANKING, SCB FIRST, and SCB PRIME credit cards.

8. Monthly installment amount shall be equal to the total transaction amount divided by the number of installments, shown on the monthly credit card statement.

9. Cardholders agree to pay the full monthly installment as shown. Failure to pay or partial payment will be considered a default, and the full outstanding amount will become immediately due.

10. Cardholders wishing to repay early must notify CardX Contact Center at 1468 (or +662-999-1468 for international calls). All outstanding installments, interest, and fees (if any) will be charged in the next billing cycle. Failure to pay by the due date will be considered a default, and the full outstanding amount will become immediately due.

11. Upon cancellation of the credit card for any reason, all outstanding debt becomes immediately due, and Clause 10 applies.

12. The company has the right to charge the highest default interest rate (currently 16% p.a.), collection fees, and other applicable charges as per the company’s announcement at that time.

13. The company reserves the right to allocate any payments in any amount and at any time made by the cardholder to settle outstanding debts as it sees fit.

14. If the cardholder wishes to apply excess or early payments toward monthly installments or credit card debt, they must notify the company via CardX Contact Center at 1468 (or +662-999-1468 for international calls). The company will process the request accordingly, and the cardholder can verify the adjustment in the next billing statement. The cardholder must pay the monthly installment amount in the next billing cycle, according to the details and conditions specified in the credit card statement issued by the company.

15. The company reserves the right to offer benefits exclusively to credit cardholders whose accounts are active, with a good payment history, and no record of default under the company’s terms. Cardholders must not have violated any rules or conditions associated with holding a credit card issued by the company at the time the benefits are granted. The company reserves the right to revoke any benefits if it later discovers that the cardholder does not meet the eligibility requirements.

16. Approval of installment plans under these terms and condition is subject to the company’s policies and criteria.

17. Cardholders acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions for Credit Card Services, including the Credit Card Product Disclosure Table and the Credit Card User Guide (collectively referred to as the 'Terms and Conditions for Credit Card Services'). This agreement applies to both the current terms and any future additions and/or amendments made by the company, provided they do not conflict with these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions for Credit Card Services, the cardholder agrees that these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

18. The company will collect, use, and disclose the cardholder’s personal data for the purposes of conducting promotional activities, publishing or publicizing such promotions, and other purposes as outlined in the company’s Privacy Notice. Cardholders may refer to the company’s website at www.cardx.co.th and/or other designated channels to learn more about how their personal data is collected, used, and disclosed, as well as their rights under applicable data protection laws.

19. Credit card products and services are provided by CardX Co., Ltd., operating under the SCBX Group, in a manner similar to those offered by Siam Commercial Bank PCL.

· CardX credit cards include existing SCB credit cards for which business has been transferred to CardX Co., Ltd., and are also eligible for this promotion.   

· The promotion is only for payments made in Thai baht for air tickets.

· Credit back cannot be transferred to others, exchanged for cash or other items, or used in conjunction with other promotions.

· The promotion excludes the following transactions: Air tickets purchased through physical and online travel agencies, travel websites other than the participating airlines’ official website, Dee Jung 0% Interest installment plans, Dee Jung monthly installment plans made via the CardX or SCB EASY app, Call For Dee Jung installment plans made via the SCB Call Center/CardX Contact Center, Dee Jung Transfer installment plans, and cancelled transactions.

· Upon point redemption, credit back amount will be made available to the registered credit card account within 90 days after the promotion ends. The credit back amount will be reflected in the next billing statement.

· Credit back cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash or other items.

· Cardholders eligible for benefits under this promotion shall be active CardX/SCB credit cardholders with normal credit card status with a good, default-free payment history, and never have violated any rules and/or terms and conditions of CardX/SCB credit card membership until the moment they receive the offers. CardX and SCB have the right to suspend and/or recall any offer under this promotion in the event that they find any case of incomplete cardholder qualifications or non-compliance with the terms and conditions specified by CardX and SCB.

· The promotion is not valid for card use for a commercial or business purpose and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
