From the authentic flavors of Taste of THAI Tales to KanVela artisanal chocolates, to the intense aroma of Black Silk Blend—created by DoiTung exclusively for THAI—each offering is designed to offer a unique, authentic, and sustainable sensory experience. Completing the gastronomic journey, exclusive cocktails inspired by THAI's tradition and history add a touch of high-altitude elegance.

Known for her Michelin-recognized restaurant Bo.lan, Chef Bo crafts menus that celebrate Thai heritage and local wisdom. Prepared under the expertise of Thai Airways’ Chef Suchart Nanta, each dish reflects Chef Bo’s original vision — offering passengers a refined taste of Thailand, high above the clouds.

Streets to the Sky – Season 2

Thai Airways proudly presents “Streets to Sky”, an initiative that brings iconic street food dishes from renowned local eateries onboard its international flights. As part of the airline’s commitment to promoting Thailand’s soft power through gastronomy, this project highlights the rich flavors, cultural stories, and unique identities of Thailand’s beloved street food — crafted by local culinary heroes and now served at 30,000 feet.

Thipsamai - Chicken Pad Thai and Shrimp Oil Pad Thai
Thipsamai’s Pad Thai, Thailand's most iconic Pad Thai, in Economy Class as part of the Street to Sky initiative. With origins dating back to 1939 along the canals of Bangkok, Thipsamai is celebrated for creating the original Pad Thai Sen-Chan with shrimp oil and egg. Recognized globally for its authentic flavor and quality, Thipsamai offers two rotating menus featuring Chicken Pad Thai and Shrimp Oil Pad Thai. 

 

Rod Dee Det – Chicken Gravy with Rice
Rod Dee Det has been a beloved one-dish eatery in Bangkok's Siam Square for over 50 years. Now available on board, its signature dish - chicken gravy with rice - is made with tender, bite-sized pieces of chicken stir-fried in a flavorful house sauce, served over freshly steamed jasmine rice. Carefully prepared to reflect the charm of authentic Thai street food, this dish proudly contributes to promoting Thailand's soft power on the global stage. 

 

Jay Fai - Stir-Fried Noodles 
A legendary street food chef with a Michelin-starred restaurant - proudly presents two signature dishes. Stir-fried rice noodles with seafood is served with her secret-recipe Sriracha chili sauce, giving the flavor a savory depth and a delightful variety of textures. And the spicy stir-fried noodles with firm, generous chunks of fried fish delivers an authentic Thai taste experience infused with aromatic herbs and spices.

XIA Noodle - Duck Noodles
For over 40 years, XIA Noodle near Bangkok's Vibhavadi Road has served a legendary duck noodles. The signature dish features tender slices of duck braised in an aromatic Chinese herbal soy broth, served with springy egg noodles, and duck offal. Now elevated to the skies, this comforting Thai-Chinese noodle dish brings soulful flavors to your flight. 

 

Krua Jongjit – Hokkien Stir-Fried Noodles 
This authentic Southern Thai dish from renowned Phuket eatery Krua Jongjit, a Michelin-recognized restaurant, features soft and chewy Hokkien noodles stir-fried in a signature house-made stock with a perfectly balanced sweet and savory flavor. It is served with tender chicken, infused with a rich, smoky wok aroma.

 

Baan Yeesarn - Chu Chee Fish Curry 
Thai home-style cuisine. Crafted by lron Chef Tukta of Baan Yeesarn, this traditional Choo-Chee curry features tender fish simmered in rich, creamy coconut milk with fragrant Thai herbs and spices. Served with steamed jasmine rice, it reflects the soulful heart of home cooking. 

Premium Asian Noodles

On outbound flights from Europe and Australia, passengers in Royal First and Royal Silk Class can enjoy a premium local dining experience through a specially curated selection of noodle dishes featuring high-quality proteins. This initiative is part of the "Premium Asian Noodles" project, designed to bring elevated Thai cuisine to the inflight dining experience.

1st October 2025, the menu will feature well-known and culturally significant Thai noodle recipes, reimagined with premium ingredients such as Abalone, Jumbo Crab Meat, tender Pork Belly and Sous Vide Short Rib. These dishes are crafted to provide passengers with both premium and an authentic taste of Thai culinary heritage, enhanced with refined presentation and rich flavors.

 

THIPSAMAI

An institution for over 80 years, Thipsamai brings its legacy to the skies with two exclusive “ผัดไทยอร่อยเหาะ” creations. Savor bold flavors with jumbo crab, blended with rich crab roe and crab fat, or indulge in a refined twist featuring abalone — a prized delicacy in fine Chinese cuisine.

NARA THAI CUISINE

Famed for its Michelin-acclaimed boat noodles, Nara Thai introduces two “ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือบิน” dishes, made with braised pork belly and sous vide beef short rib, served in a deeply flavorful, traditional broth.

Rice Crackers

THAI Rice Crackers are a delicious and healthy snack that showcase Thailand's most important crop.  These tasty treats are part of THAI's "Good Taste for a Good Cause" initiative, which helps promote Thai agricultural products.  

The crackers are made from premium jasmine rice from Buriram province, sticky rice from Chiang Rai province, and white rice from Pathum Thani province - all sourced from top-quality paddies.  

Now available in several enticing flavors - Garlic & Pepper, Wasabi, Sauerkraut, and Parmesan Cheese - for passengers in Royal Silk Class, Premium Economy Class, and Economy Class on flights departing from Bangkok with a flight time of more than 4 hours and 30 minutes. 

DoiTung

As part of its continued commitment to delivering world-class service and showcasing the best of Thailand, Thai Airways proudly offers Specialty Grade coffees developed in collaboration with DoiTung, a pioneering social enterprise. Among these is the Black Silk Blend — a premium drip coffee served exclusively in Royal First and Royal Silk Class. This signature blend combines medium and dark roast Arabica beans, yielding a smooth, full-bodied cup with rich notes of dark chocolate and caramel.

In all cabin classes, passengers are also invited to enjoy the Royal Highland Single Origin coffee, sourced from the DoiTung Development Project — a long-standing initiative committed to uplifting local communities and promoting sustainable livelihoods in Northern Thailand.

This exceptional coffee is not only a reflection of Thai craftsmanship and flavor, but also a forward-thinking product: DoiTung plans to certify it as carbon neutral, ensuring that 100% of emissions from its production process can be offset — reinforcing both Thai Airways and DoiTung’s shared commitment to environmental responsibility.

KanVela Chocolate - Thai Craft, Global Delight

THAI presents KanVela Craft Chocolate, an award-winning Thai artisan chocolatier made from locally grown cacao. Internationally recognised, including the International Rising Star Award 2021 from the UK's Academy of Chocolate, KanVela uplifts local farmers by purchasing cacao at premium prices. Served as bon bons with Thai flavour twists in Royal First Class, and as a vegan chocolate bar in Royal Silk Class.

Look Jub TG

THAI introduces Look Jub TG, a charming Thai delicacy served as a welcome gift in Royal First and Royal Silk Class. Crafted in collaboration with SILPIN Syrup under the Good Taste for a Good Cause campaign, Look Jub is a traditional mung bean paste artfully shaped to resemble tropical fruits, each piece delicately infused with fragrant syrup to match its flavour. 

The word "Jub" means "kiss" in Thai, making each bite feel like a tender, sweet kiss. THAI has created Look Jub TG with unique fruit flavors, such as Mangosteen, Emperor Lychee, Thai Golden Orange, Nam Dok Mai Mango, Tubtim Siam Pomelo and Phu Lae Pineapple for Royal Silk Class passengers on selected routes. 

Rose of the Royal Voyage - Exclusive cocktails

To celebrate the return of direct flights between Bangkok and Brussels, THAI has crafted a special drink "Rose of the Royal Voyage (RRV)." Inspired by Le Grand Voyages of King Chulalongkorn (King Rama V) to Europe in 1897 and 1907, this spritz-style, Champagne-based cocktail also pays tribute to the Chulalongkorn Rose a cultivated pink variety named after the King. At its heart, the drink features Chulalongkorn rose-infused syrup from SILPIN, harmonized with the subtle acidity of a fresh lime slice, creating a refined sweetness that turns every sip into a timeless, Smooth as Silk journey. RRV is available exclusively for Royal First Class and Royal Silk Class passengers. A non-alcoholic version is also offered. 

Oriental Dawn - A Toast To The New Dawn

Created by the Bamboo Bar at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, is the cocktail celebrating THAI's 65th anniversary. The combination of cognac, lychee, and lemongrass, enlivened by a touch of soda, represents a refined blend of East and West.

After You – Season 2

Sweet Moments with After You -- A Delicious Treat in Economy Class. THAI is proud to offer Economy Class passengers a taste of Thailand's most beloved dessert café, After You, as part of its Good Taste for a Good Cause campaign. After You is renowned for its soft, sweet buns filled with rich and bold flavors that have won the hearts of many. 

Onboard, passengers can enjoy four rotating fillings: Thai Milk Tea Mochi, Ispahan Crème, Longan Rice Pudding, and Young Coconut Custard.  These unique flavors are exclusively available on THAI flights, providing a special treat that highlights Thailand's dessert craftsmanship. This initiative supports THAI's mission to showcase famous Thai brands and bring them to a global audience. 

Ohkajhu

Okajhu's Vibrant Healthy Wraps Elevate -- Economy Class Dining Experience 

THAI is pleased to introduce Ohkajhu, Thailand's most loved healthy restaurant, to Economy Class passengers.  As part of the Good Taste for a Good Cause campaign, this initiative brings modern Thai flavours onboard while promoting Thai brands on a global stage. 

Passengers can enjoy Ohkajhu's signature chicken wrap and roll, featuring a vibrant purple roll sheet made from beetroot and red cabbage, reflecting THAI's signature colors. Prepared with clean ingredients and organic vegetables sourced from trusted local farmers, this fresh and wholesome dish is available exclusively in Economy Class on flights from Bangkok to domestic Thailand and CLMV destinations, offering a nutritious and delicious dining experience.
