1. This campaign is exclusively available to eligible Royal Orchid Plus Silver members who fulfill the criteria of cumulative credit card point transferred to minimum 25,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles and the purchase of an Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher valued at THB 330,000 within the Sale period.
2. The Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher valued at 330,000 THB can be purchased on thaiairways.com and THAI Mobile Application, with payment accepted in Thai Baht only.
3. Upon successful transfer of credit card points to miles and purchase of an Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher, Royal Orchid Plus Gold membership status with a 2-year validity will be granted within 3 business days.
4. Participating credit card and bank partners for mileage transfer include AEON Thana Sinsap, American Express, Bangkok Bank, Kasikornbank (KBank), Krungsri Credit Cards, Krungthai Card (KTC), Siam Commercial Bank (SCB), TMBThanachart Bank (ttb), and United Overseas Bank (UOB).
5. Royal Orchid Plus Gold membership is non-transferable. The Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher is non-transferable; however, it may be used to issue air tickets for other passengers.
6. Limited offers available. THAI reserves the right to suspend sales once the quota has been reached.
7. All purchases of the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

1. The Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher is valid for the purchase of THAI operating flights (TG 3-digit flight numbers) at thaiairways.com and the THAI Mobile Application, inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharges, and is applicable to transactions made in Thai Baht (THB) only.
2. The Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other additional fees (ancillary services) associated with purchased tickets, Royal Orchid Plus Award Tickets, ROP Smart Miles Pay tickets, any other THAI products and services, or other specified ticket types as determined by THAI.
3. The Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher shall be used for the first ticket issuance until 30 November 2027 or until the remaining balance of the voucher has been fully utilized, whichever occurs first.
4. Once the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher is redeemed for ticket issuance, the applicable ticket terms and conditions shall be applied.
5. In the event that the value of Air Ticket Cash Credit is insufficient to cover the ticket payment, the residual amount shall be paid by credit cards only.
6. In the event of a ticket refund, subject to the applicable ticket conditions, the cash credit amount will be returned to the owner of the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher within the voucher validity period. Any portion paid by credit card shall be refunded to the original credit card used for payment.

Q: Who is eligible to join the Rise To Gold campaign?
A: This campaign is exclusively available to eligible Royal Orchid Plus Silver members who transfer 25,000 miles from participating credit card or banking partners and purchase an Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher valued at THB 330,000 via thaiairways.com between 1 June – 30 November 2026.
Q: What will I receive from this campaign?
A: Eligible Royal Orchid Plus Silver members participating in the campaign will enjoy full Royal Orchid Plus Gold membership privileges for 2 years. In addition, the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher may be used up to full amount of THB 330,000 to book flights and issue tickets with THAI until 30 November 2027. The travel period is subject to the validity of the ticket.
Q: When will my membership status be upgraded to Gold?
A: Your membership status will be upgraded within 3 business days after successfully joining the Rise To Gold campaign and completing the purchase of the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher. Your Gold membership card will then be delivered to the mailing address registered in your Royal Orchid Plus profile.
Q: If I attain Gold membership status through this campaign and later accumulate sufficient qualifying miles to meet the Gold status renewal criteria on my own, will my Gold status be renewed based on those qualifying miles?
A: Once you attain Gold membership status through the Rise To Gold campaign, and subsequently accumulate sufficient qualifying miles to fulfill the Gold status renewal criteria, your new Gold membership status will be attained according to normal criteria for an additional 2 years after the expiration of the Gold status received from the Rise To Gold campaign.
Q: Which credit cards or banks are participating in the mileage transfer?

A: Yes. Miles transferred from participating credit cards may be accumulated together, provided the total reaches at least 25,000 miles within the campaign period.
Q: Can transferred miles be reversed back to my credit card account?
A: Transferred miles cannot be reversed back to the originating credit card points.
Q: Can the Gold membership status and Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher be transferred to another person?
A: Only the member who purchases the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher shall be entitled to own the cash credit and receive the Gold membership status. However, the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher may be used to issue tickets for other passengers.
Q: Can I purchase more than one Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher?
A: The Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher may be purchased only once. This is because multiple Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher balances cannot be combined to issue an air ticket. In addition, the Gold membership status can only be granted once also during the campaign period.
Q: Are there any exclusions regarding the use of the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher?
A: The credit balance in the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher may only be used for airfare, taxes, and fuel surcharges. It cannot be used for other expenses or certain ticket types, including ROP Smart Miles Pay tickets or other ticket types specified by THAI. In addition, it cannot be used to pay taxes and fees for Royal Orchid Plus award tickets or any other service fees. The Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher can only be redeemed against air ticket purchases priced and paid in Thai Baht (THB).
Q: Can I cancel my Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher purchase or receive a refund for the remaining balance?
A: The Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher cannot be cancelled, and any remaining balance is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Q: What should I do if the balance in the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher is insufficient to issue a ticket?
A: In the event that the value of Air Ticket Cash Credit is insufficient to cover the ticket payment, the residual amount shall be paid by credit cards only.
Q: How can I use the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher and check the remaining balance?
A: You may use the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher to purchase tickets via thaiairways.com by clicking the Rise To Gold banner and entering the OTP sent to the email address registered in your Royal Orchid Plus member profile. Alternatively, tickets may be issued through THAI ticketing offices in Thailand or the THAI Contact Center at +66 2 356 1111. An email notification of the remaining balance will be sent each time the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher is used for ticket purchase.
Q: If I have already used the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher to issue a ticket and later wish to cancel or change my itinerary, can I do so?
A: Ticket cancellation or itinerary changes are subject to the fare conditions and terms applicable to the ticket purchased.
Q: Can I request a tax invoice for the purchase of the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher?
A: An Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher receipt/tax invoice will be sent to the email address registered in your Royal Orchid Plus profile.
