    APAC MaxiMICE campaign is a collaboration initiative between three strategic partners in MICE industry, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (TG) and Thai Smile Airways (WE). The campaign offers privileges customized for MICE travelers from the Asia Pacific region to provide them with more value and ease of access to privileges during the trip to Thailand.

    Terms and Conditions - Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB)

    This promotional campaign is available for 15 territories in the Asia Pacific region:Australia, New Zealand, Singapore,Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Laos,Cambodia, Myanmar, Japan, India,China,Taiwan and Hong Kong. Please contact your nearest Thai Airways office, Thai Smile Airways office, TCEB HQ or TCEB representatives in your areas.

  • Applicants must be corporates, event organizers, travel agents, DMCs or PCOs from the countries listed above.
  • Applicants must have a group of at least 40 delegates from one of these countries.
  • Delegates must travel international flights with Thai Airways or Thai Smile Airways departing from these countries.
  • Delegates must stay in Thailand for at least 2 nights and hold an event at venues certified with Thailand MICE Venue Standard (TMVS) and/or registered hotels in Thailand.
  • Applicants must apply for the support campaign at least 30 working days prior to the group’s arrival date.
  • Eligibility is subject to submission of required documents for TCEB’s approval.
  • VIP Fast Track is available only at Suvarnabhumi International Airport and applicable for the maximum of 15 delegates per group.
  • Welcome Gifts/Premium Welcome Gifts will be provided based on the delegate list given to TCEB by the applicants. For events held in Bangkok, Welcome Gifts/Premium Welcome Gifts must be picked up at TCEB office.
  • Cultural Performance request must be submitted to TCEB at least 15 working days prior to the event.
  • Meet and Greet service will be available only at hotels or off-site venues, not at airports, with at least 15 working day notification prior to the event.
  • For delegates from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan, India and China (including Taiwan and Hong Kong,) Financial Subsidy will be available for Platinum Tier.
  • For delegates from Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam, Financial Subsidy will be available for Silver Tier or above.
  • Financial Subsidy is capped at the maximum of 300 Thai Baht per person and will not exceed 300,000 Thai Baht per group. 
  • This promotional campaign is on limited offer and to be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Special Airfare is based on group size, seasonality and availability. Please contact Thai Airways office nearest to you.
  • Applicants must contact Thai Airways applying for the support campaign at least 30 working days prior to the group’s travel date.
  • Complimentary Tickets will be issued only after all tickets have been issued. Complimentary tickets will be issued by Thai Airways office with condition of validity for flight and date shown on tickets. All associated taxes and other charges are passengers’ expenses.
  • Additional 5 kg Baggage Allowance is applicable at the time of check-in.
  • Priority Tags are available at the check-in counter for the maximum of 15 passengers per group.
  • For Priority Boarding, Advanced Group Check-in, Pre-assigned Group Seating, Special On-Board Announcement and Customized Printed Seat Cover please contact Thai Airways office nearest to you.
  • Special Offers are subjected to change and availability.

    Terms and Conditions - Thai Smile Airways

    Group Airfare depends on the number of passengers in each flight, seasonality and availability. Once the group booking is confirmed, re-routing,changing flight’s date and flight’s time are not permitted.Please contact Thai Smile Airways’ authorized GSA nearest to you as per attached file.

    Group Ticket is non-refundable in any case.

    Applicants must contact Thai Smile Airways applying for the support campaign 30 working days prior to the group’s travel date.

    Additional 5 kg Baggage Allowance is available.

    Priority Tags are available at the check-in counter for the maximum of 15 passengers per group.

    Priority Boarding and Special On-Board Announcement are available only for groups with at least 100 delegates per group.Please contact Thai Smile Airways’ authorized GSA nearest to you.

    Special offers are subjected to change and availability.

    Customized Seat Cover is not available for Thai Smile Airways’ flights.

    Advanced Group Check-in and Customized Seat Cover are not available for Thai Smile Airways’ flights.
