Customers booked to travel with Thai Airways International, either via a travel agent or online via thaiairways.com, are not charged any additional fees to request services such as special meals, wheelchairs or for seat allocation.

In some cases, some travel agents may impose fees for these requests and we recommend customers should check with the booking/ticketing agent for details of any fees charged and ask for clarification as necessary.

Royal First Class

  • 1. Service is provided for Royal First Class passengers traveling on the applicable flight/segment only. TG 4 digits flight (codeshare/extra/charter) is not allowed.
  • 2. Online Service can be requested 24 hours prior departure time for the outbound flight from Bangkok and 48 hours prior departure time for the inbound flight to Thailand.
  • 3. If less than 24 hours before scheduled flight departure time, by calling a local THAI Office or the THAI Contact Centre in Bangkok: Tel: (662) 356-1111
  • 4. The request should be made in accordance with the deadline associated with applicable flight/segment in order that request can be confirmed.
  • 5. The dish will be served as a main course only. For first course/soup/salad, a standard meal will be provided except for
  • 5.1) Vegetarian food where all courses of vegetarian meal will be applied
  • 5.2) Japanese meal where specified as -served with Japanese first course in Japanese meal box (washoku shokado)

Royal Silk Class

  • 1. Pre- ordering meals when traveling in Royal Silk Class on International flight is simple and convenient
