• TIME TO GOLD package consists of;

1. Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher is valid until December 31, 2023

• Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher will be delivered to your registered email address within 24 Hours.
• Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher can be redeemed for ticket purchase inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharges to travel with THAI(TG 3 digits) and THAI Smile(TG 4 digits) to applicable fares at a time of redeeming ticket.
• Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher can be redeemed for the revenue ticket issuing during May 25, 2022 until December 31,2023 via THAI website, THAI Contact Center and THAI ticketing offices worldwide. In case of redeeming tickets for other persons via THAI Contact Center or THAI ticketing offices worldwide, Time to Gold package owner’s consent document(valid passport/official ID with authorized signature) is required.
• Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher is non-transferable but can be used to issue tickets for assigned traveler at package owner’s discretion by using Royal Orchid Plus membership number and PIN.
• A redeemed air ticket reservation can’t be made by using multiple Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher Numbers.
• In the event that the value of Air Ticket Cash Credit is insufficient for payment, the residual amount can be paid in cash or credit card through any of the available payment channels.
• Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher can be redeemed for ticket within credit payment amount. The local currency applies in relation to point of travel commencement. In case of different currency payment between Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher and the redeemed ticket ,a different currency exchange rate may affect the value of cash credit amount. THAI reserves the right to refer the organization’s exchange rate at own discretion.
• Once Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher is redeemed for ticket, Ticket terms and conditions applied.
• In case of refundable ticket, Cash credit will be refunded to Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher’s owner. Ticket refund must be within Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher validity. Expired cash credit amount in the voucher can’t be refunded.
• Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other additional fees, ticket taxes and surcharges of Royal Orchid Plus, fees associated with revenue ticket or any other THAI products and services.

2. Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status, valid for 2 years from the card effective date.

• Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status will be applied for the Silver and Basic member specified during the registration process. One membership number can receive one Gold Status during the Time To Gold Promotion. This offer is not valid for Royal Orchid Plus member status renewal.
• Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status will be applied for the designate membership number within 3 working days.
• Royal Orchid Plus Gold Package will be delivered to the address registered with Royal Orchid Plus. Please allow 3-4 weeks for package delivery by post. During this time period, Royal Orchid Plus digital card is available for download by login www.thaiairways.com/rop using membership number and PIN.
