Re-Opening of Royal Orchid Lounge at Bangkok International Airport.

THAI is pleased to announce that the THAI Royal Orchid Lounge, International Departure, Concourse E (West Side), Suvarnabhumi Bangkok Airport has re-opened between 0500-2330hrs daily and under the 4C concept of  “Confidence, Clean, Care and Comfort”.

In compliance with the Ministry of Public Health, the COVID-19 prevention measures will be followed regarding hygiene, cleaning and disinfection to maintain a comfortable and healthy environment..

We welcome THAI's Royal Silk Business Class customers and Royal Orchid Plus Platinum and Gold members; Star Alliance Business Class and Star Gold passengers; passengers from our customer airlines and contracted credit cards holders.

Other international passengers with boarding passes, regardless of the travelled airline, are also welcome to the THAI Royal Orchid Lounge after the payment of a service fee.

Passengers can relax and enjoy the available amentities and services prior to boarding.  Facilities include complimentary Wi-Fi, hot food in individual serves, a variety of snacks and beverages (excludes shower and slumber rooms) .
