  Clothing: Bangladesh is a subtropical country. Light clothes are recommended. As it is a Muslim country female visitors should dress conservatively. Long lightweight skirts are suggested.

  • All foreign citizens are required to have visas for entry into Bangladesh. Tourist and business travelers arriving at Zia international Airport, Dhaka and Patenga International Airport will be granted 15 day visa on arrival. 90 day visas are available in advance through embassies. The fee is $45. Visa extensions are possible.
