Mr. Chalermpon Kaewchinporn (second from left), Vice President, In-flights Services Department, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) presented unique dishes on board that were created by Michelin Starred French Chef, Mr. Francois Adamski (fourth from left). The designed dishes are served for Royal First Class and Royal Silk Class passengers departing from Paris to Bangkok and will change monthly. Some of the menus on board are Poached Oysters in Jelly, Topped with Caviar, and Served with Wasabi Remoulade Salad, Slow-Cooked Beef Chuck with Truffle Potato Puree, Smoked Salmon and Flying Fish Roe Leek Fondant with Herb Vinaigrette. THAI is pleased to serve these special dishes to passengers traveling from November 2017 onward.
