Celebrating 35 Years Thai Airways International Switzerland with authentic Swiss menu created by Michelin-Starred talent served in Business Class on flights from Zurich to Bangkok

As of 1st July, 2019, Thai Royal Silk Business Class Passengers can enjoy authentic and flavorful Swiss meals on the Zurich – Bangkok routing. The meals are designed by gategroup’s Executive Development Chef Dennis Puchert, the youngest recipient of a Michelin Star in Switzerland. 

Chef Dennis Puchert developed special meals together with Thai Airways International Switzerland to create an exquisite experience of tastes presented in a light and colorful manner. The meals combine superb flavors with healthy choices that are inspired by local Swiss tradition, ingredients and products. 

At the same period, passengers can enjoy our “New Onboard Meal Menu” which has been created specifically for the 35th Anniversary of Thai Airways International Switzerland.
