THAI serves Michelin-starred chef-curated menu on flight from Copenhagen
Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), in cooperation with one-star Michelin Thai restaurant “Kiin Kiin”, launched Chef Endorsement Menu designed by Michelin-starred chef, Mr. Henrik Yde-Andersen, an Executive Chef and owner of Kiin Kiin restaurant in Copenhagen and Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin in Bangkok, both awarded one-star Michelin 2019.
THAI’s Royal Silk Class passengers, departing from Copenhagen during November 1st, 2019 – January 6th, 2020 will enjoy innovative Thai cuisine exclusively prepared for THAI.
The menu is:
Starter: Frozen Red Curry with Lobster & Lychee
Main Course: 1st Choice Southern-style Yellow Crab Curry with Fermented Cabbage served with noodles
2nd Choice Braised Pork Cheeks with Five-Spice (Palo) and mushroom broth served with jasmine rice
Dessert: Banana Cake with salted coconut ice cream and caramel fudge
THAI flies daily flight between Copenhagen and Bangkok operating with Boeing 777-300ER with 42 Royal Silk Class and 306 Economy Class, and twice a week between Copenhagen and Phuket during December 6th, 2019 – March 27th, 2020 operating with Boeing 777-200ER with 30 Royal Silk Class and 262 Economy Class.
