The flight arrived more than 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time.
The request shall be made between 3 days and 6 after the scheduled date of travel.
The request is accepted only for Thai Airways' passengers and their authorised representatives, in accordance with data privacy compliance.
Acceptance will only be granted after receiving all required documents.
