FLIGHT DISRUPTION CERTIFICATE

Thai Airways regrets any inconvenience caused due to a flight delay/cancellation/diversion as a result of weather conditions/technical problems/any other operationial reasons. If you require a document for insurance purpose, please fill in your details below.

• The certificate can be issued for THAI operating flights only, for code-share flights, please contact the operating carrier for assistance.
• The flight arrived more than 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time.
• The request shall be made between 3 days and 6 after the scheduled date of travel.
• The request is accepted only for Thai Airways' passengers and their authorised representatives, in accordance with data privacy compliance.
• Acceptance will only be granted after receiving all required documents.
