THAI Brings Rescue Team from London to Help Find the Youth Football Players Trapped in flooded Cave, Chiang Rai

Thai Airways International provided air tickets to an expert rescue team and transported rescue equipment from London to Thailand to assist in the finding of 12 youth football players and their coach who are trapped inside Kun Nang Non cave in Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai province, north of Thailand.

The cave diving experts travelled from London to Bangkok on board THAI flight TG911 on 26th June 2018, departing from London Heathrow airport at 21.30 hours (local time). The flight arrived at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport on 27th June 2018 at 15.00 hours. Seen in photo is Mr. Kusol Situlanook (1st from right), THAI's Airport Manager, London, who has helped coordinate and facilitate the travel of the rescue team.
