Mr. Danai Kaewpradub, THAI Catering Chef, recently received a Bronze Medal in an international in-flight meal cooking competition at the 'Sky Delight Awards 2017'. This competition took place during the Sky Service Forum 2017, and both events were organised by CJCS Aeromar Catering (Aeroflot Group). Traditional Thai dishes were prepared for the competition, such as Spiced Prawn Salad with Lemongrass, Chicken Massaman Curry, Salmon with Spicy Mango Salad, and Spicy Fried Chicken with Basil Leaves. In addition, Mr. Kaewpradub received the honour of being listed as a chef in the Russian Chefs Association, in addition to having been awarded a plaque for his participation in the cooking competition in Moscow.
Sky Service Forum 2017 was organised to encourage inflight service development, using advanced technology as a way of advancing various airline services. This is the first year the “Sky Delight Awards” was held, and chefs from several airlines joined the competition.
