Effective from 18 March 2020, In-town check-in service in Hong Kong Station and Kowloon Station has been suspended until further notice.

Check-in and collect your boarding pass between 120 minutes and one full day ahead of your scheduled flight departure time.
Passengers must use an Octopus or an Airport Express ticket to enter the In-town Check-in area.
Upstream service Check‐in at Mainland China and Macao
The check-in service for passengers from Mainland China and Macao ferry ports to Hong Kong International Airport have been suspended until further notice.
Effective from 13th January 2023, we resume exclusive lounge service for business class passengers and ROP members in Hong Kong International airport.

• Operating Hours 12:00- 23:00 Daily
Clothing: Loose clothing is suitable for most of the year. Warm clothes are required in the winter months.
Visas and health regulations:
• Visas are granted on arrival.
• No vaccinations required but African and some South American visitors need yellow fever certificates.
Language: Cantonese but many people are fluent in English.
