THAI Holds Lucky Draw for THAI Customer Satisfaction Survey : TCSS

Mrs. Priyasiri Juathes (second from left), Vice President, Product and Guest Experience Department,Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), recently presided over a lucky draw for passenger who traveled with THAI throughout 2017 and completed the THAI Customer Satisfaction Survey : TCSS.  The lucky draw was conducted at THAI’s Head Office and was attended by Miss Supaporn Naktae (first from left) Governing Officer, Investigation and Legal Affairs Bureau Department of Interior and Mrs. Sasiwimol Skulyong, THAI Director of customer Relations & Service Quality (second from left).  A winner is selected for each month of the year, whereby each month’s winner received two free confirmed Economy Class roundtrip tickets for travel with THAI.  Names of the 15 winners are shown below.

The customer Satisfaction Survey (TCSS) conducted since 1997 has produced results invaluable to THAI for products and services improvements.  As part of the company’s goal to continuously offer the highest satisfaction to passengers, THAI conducts the surveys quarterly on all routes, in all classes of service, and on service experience throughout the passenger’s journey – from ticket reservation, to onboard experience, to arrival at their destination.  The survey greatly assists THAI in identifying areas of customer approval and offers some insight to a better understanding of customer needs and areas of improvements.
