The first impression many people have of Australia is the grand architectural wonder, the Sydney Opera House. Although not the capital of the country, Sydney is the Capital of New South Wales and proudly represents all things Australian. Every year, visitors flock here to enjoy the surf, breathe in the salty sea air and leave the cares of the world behind.

Sydney has a myriad of activities for tourists. Start from a cruise of the beautiful Sydney Harbour or watch the ships right from Harbour Bridge. This is also an ideal spot to catch a colourful sunrise. For animal lovers, don’t miss the chance to take photos with some adorable koalas at the Koala Park Sanctuary. There, you can also feed a Kangaroo or watch a sheep shearing demonstration. If you head a little out of town to the west, there is Blue Mountains National Park, which is not only filled with unique wild animals, but also eucalyptus trees which tint the mountsides blue when seen from afar.
