Mrs. Manusnunt Sitthijirasin, Managing Director, Ground Customer Services Department, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), recently represented the Company to receive the Excellence Service Improvement Awards 2019 from Wing Commander Suthirawat Suwanawat, General Manager of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT), at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
In addition, THAI’s ground service staff under the Customer Airlines Passenger Services Delivery Department was awarded the Staff Service Excellence Award Silver Medal 2019. THAI’s Special Services Department staff also received the Staff Service Model Awards Bronze Medal 2019.
The Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence Awards (SSE) Ceremony was held by Suvarnabhumi Airport to praise the efforts of employees and units who provide passenger services at Suvarnabhumi Airport, for maximum customer satisfaction.
