Cash + Miles Tickets.

THAI customers who are also Royal Orchid Plus members can now purchase Thai Airways flights using cash and ROP miles for all paid travel across the THAI network. Members can earn miles, as well as additional class of service miles, based on their travelled booking classes.

How to make a purchase using Cash + Miles.

1. Follow the normal booking process until getting to the payment page, then click the Cash+Miles tab.

2. Insert your ROP member ID and PIN number, then click the login button.

3. Select how many miles you wish to use for each passenger by adjusting the miles amount toolbar.

 

4. Check the 'Terms and Conditions' box and click the 'Confirm Miles' button.

5. Resume the normal payment process until the booking confirmation page is displayed.

 

Terms & Conditions

• Applicable only on TG operating flights (TG 3 digits) in Economy, Premium Economy and Business class.

• Number of Miles required for Cash + Miles start from 2,500 miles to 120,000 miles per purchase.

• The proportion of miles allowed for such ticket payment option is subject to the ticket fare.

• Mileage discount for infant and child is not permitted.

• Mileage cannot be used for taxes, fee and surcharges.

• Mileage can be deducted from one Royal Orchid Plus account only per transaction.

• Mileage accrual is subject to conditions of ROP and can only be credited to Royal Orchid Plus Accounts.

• For Cash + Miles tickets with non refundable condition, mileage cannot be claimed and re-credited to member’s account.

• For refund of Cash + Miles tickets, any expired miles will not be re-credited.

• Partially used tickets are non refundable.

• Cash receipt will only display cash payment.
