THAI HOLDS AIRCRAFT ANOINTING CEREMONY FOR AIRBUS A350 XWB AND BOEING 777-300ER

Somdej Phra Ariyawongsakhatayan, Supreme Patriarch of Thailand, presided over the Aircraft Anointing Ceremony for Thai Airways International Public Company Limited’s two aircraft, Airbus A350 XWB royally bestowed the name “WICHIAN BURI” and Boeing 777-300ER royally bestowed the name “SULALIVAN”. Present at the ceremony were Mr. Chatchai Uthaipan, Samut Prakan Governor, Mrs. Usanee Sangsingkeo, THAI Acting President, Mr. Narongchai Wongthanavimok, THAI Executive Vice President, Finance and Accounting, Mr. Surachai Piencharoensak, THAI Executive Vice President, Technical, Squadron Leader Pongtorn Thepkanjana, THAI Executive Vice President, Operations, as well as members of THAI Management and staff. The ceremony was held at the Hangar Area of THAI’s Technical Department, Suvarnabhumi.
