FARE TERMS & CONDITIONS (ADDITIONAL INFORMATION)

1. Transit

Outbound from Thailand:
Transiting in Bangkok from other provinces in Thailand to international destinations is currently not permitted

Check-in formalities for international flights must be done in Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) / Through check-in is not allowed

Inbound from Oversea:
Transit/Transfer at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport between International flights is permitted only when the transiting time does not exceed 24 hours.

Transit in Bangkok to domestic destinations in Thailand is currently not permitted. Arriving passengers must complete the required hotel quarantine on arrival in Bangkok. See link here for more information.

2. Flight/Date Change

TC3 Before/After Departure: Permitted with charge USD100

TC1 & 2 & AU/NZ Before/After Departure: Permitted with charge USD200

3. Passenger Change Name

Not permitted

4. Name Correction (same person)

Before departure : Permitted with charge USD50

After departure : Not permitted

5. Upgrade to Higher Class

- Permitted with additional collection of fare and taxes difference

6. Cancellation/Refund

Before/After Departure: Not Permitted

Reservation change must be done at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Flight/Date Change may incur to additional collection of fare and taxes subject to currency fluctuation.
