Under the new Vaccinated Travel Framework, all travel requirements are based mainly on the traveller's COVID-19 vaccination status. There are no Restricted Category countries/regions today; all countries/regions come under the COVID-19 General Travel Category. Note#1:All travellers are required to submit their health declaration to ICA via the SG Arrival Card e-service that also comes with health declaration function, before arriving in Singapore. This does not apply to those transiting/transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance. Travellers can submit the electronic health declaration 3 days prior to the date of arrival in Singapore. Travellers may refer here for submission of health declaration.
