Royal Orchid Hospitality offers exclusive DRIVE THRU COVID-19 Test to valued Thai Airways and Thai Smile customers with COVID-19 screening services at Thai Airways Headquarters.THAI Airways by Royal Orchid Holidays and Professional Laboratory Management Corp Co., Ltd. collaborate to offer COVID-19 Drive Thru service at THAI Operations Center Suvarnabhumi operated by medical personnel and laboratory certified by the Department of Medical Sciences. The Drive Thru service helps to solve physical distancing, reduces contact and facilitates THAI and Thai Smile customers, Royal Orchid Plus Platinum, Gold members and visitors for travel purpose.

Package D : RT-PCR COVID-19 Screening program conducted by certified laboratory including FIT TO FLY medical certificate (The test result will be submitted within 4 hours)
Package E : COVID-19 Screening program by Antigen Test Kit (ATK)
Terms and Conditions - Registration at least 2 days in advance of service date is required.
- After receiving confirmation of service appointment, full prepayment via bank transfer of Professional Laboratory Management Corp Co., Ltd. is required.
- Rates are valid from 21 January 2022 – 30 June 2022 and subject to your package selection, including service fee and doctor fee, excluding other charges in case additional services occur.
- The test results and FIT TO FLY medical certificate (if any) will be submitted within 1-24 hours via email address of service recipients on registration form (depending on the number of service recipients).
- The service recipients must check the screening measures of their destination country or province before package selection and registration.

- For overseas travel Please check the website of the embassy of the country you are traveling to or https://www.iatatravelcentre.com/world.php - If you are at high risk of COVID-19 or have the following symptoms such as having a fever and body temperature over 37.5 degrees Celsius, coughing often, tiredness, tightness in the chest, shortness of breath, please visit the hospital for proper diagnosis.

Royal Orchid Holidays offer COVID-19 Drive Thru service to facilitate THAI and Thai Smile valued customers, Royal Orchid Plus Platinum, Gold members and visitors who are not at high risk of COVID-19 for travel purpose. However, the service recipients must always check with the relevant authorities for any measures, regulations or entry requirements when planning trip or taking any travel decisions by themselves.
