From 01DEC21 onwards, online check-in will be resume to normal for all TG flights departed from Suvarnabhumi airport and Phuket airport only.

• iCheck-in cannot be used with THAISmile (WE) or other TG flights operated with THAISmile.

As an additional privilege, Royal Silk Class passengers can pre-select their meals from our gourmet menu of finely created meals. The order can be made at least 24 hours prior to flight departure for outbound flight from Bangkok
and at least 48 hours prior to flight departure for inbound flight to Bangkok. Please view “Terms & Conditions” before making order.

How to get E-receipt

1. Please enter Ticket Number or Electronic Miscellaneous document (EMD) Number, First Name, Last Name and press “Submit” button.

2. Please make sure that you have entered valid information. Ticket number must be 13 digits and start with "217".

3. In case you don't have a Ticket Number, you can use Reservation Code (PNR), First Name, Last Name.
