The certificate can be issued for THAI operating flight only, for code-share flight, please contact the operating carrier for assistance.
The flight arrived more than 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time.
The request shall be made at least 3 days and not more than 6 months has passed since the scheduled date of travel.
The request is accepted only for our passengers and their authorized representatives, in accordance to data privacy compliance.
The acceptance will be granted only when receiving all required documents.
