COVID-19 Outbreak and Flight Suspensions Policy for Domestic Routes.
As a result of the ongoing global pandemic and Thailand's governmental restrictions under the provision of the Emergency Decree No. 30 with effective until 31st of August 2021, THAI has to stop services within Thailand. Regrettably, this will result in all domestic flight cancellations from 21 July 2021 - 31 August 2021.
Passengers who hold Thai Airways tickets (TG documents 217-x>0xxxxxx) issued worldwide to travel on domestic routes (on TG 4 digits codeshare flights operated by THAI Smile/WE) during 10 July - 31 September 2021 can proceed to postpone the travel date without fee for travel completion on/before 31 December 2021.
