Dr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Member and Secretary-General, the Chaipattana Foundation, Air Chief Marshal Chaiyapruk Didyasarin, Chairman of the Meeting of the Planners, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), and Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron, Acting THAI President, presided over the launch of the new salad dressing ‘Chaipat Camellia Oil Dressing’ at the Royal Orchid Dining Experience, THAI Headquarters, Vibhavadi Rangsit road, Bangkok.
THAI had been blessed by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn to bestow the name ‘Chaipat Camellia Oil Dressing’ for the new salad dressing that was developed by THAI Catering and Chaipattana Foundation. THAI Executive Chef Pierre Andre Hauss created a delicious French classic salad dressing using the Foundation’s tea seed oil, which answers the on-going surge of demand for healthy and nutritious meals. The Chaipat Camellia Oil Dressing received positive feedback from passengers of THAI and customer airlines. As a result, THAI catering expanded its market by selling the dressing at the Royal Orchid Dining Experience at THAI Head Office and Silom branch. Chaipat Camellia Oil Dressing will be available at the Chaipattana Foundation’s Pat Pat shops and supermarkets soon.
THAI and the Chaipattana Foundation have been working together in many projects such as the ‘THAI Breathes Life Back to Earth’ since 1995, where. THAI employees volunteered to plant trees at the Huai Sai Royal Development Study Centre in Petchaburi.
