Temporary Closure of Lounge Services

Dear Valued Customers

Thai Airways has operated temporary lounge services during our operation of international flights at Row A, Premium Check-in area, behind First Class Check-in area, Main Terminal, Suvarnabhumi  Airport for TG Business Class passengers, TG Royal Orchid Plus Platinum and Gold, Star Alliance Gold passengers on TG flights. Lounge services do not include repatriation flights and when check-in counters operates for  international flights before 0500hrs and after 2200hrs

The services inside the lounge will be limited in order to follow the measurement of Covid-19.

• Royal Orchid Spa Lounge, Concourse D , Bangkok International Airport, from 18th March to 31th May 2020, in order to  comply with THAI government orders and Department of Disease Control Announcement,

• Royal Orchid Lounge, Kuala Lumpur International airport, from 19-31 March 2020.
