THAI Customer Satisfaction Survey (e-TCSS) Winners Are Selected

Mr. Wiwat Piyawiroj (third from left), Executive Vice President, Commercial, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), recently presided over a lucky draw that was held  at THAI Head Office for passengers who traveled with THAI in 2019 and completed the THAI Customer Satisfaction Survey (e-TCSS). Also present were Mrs. Priyasiri Juathes (second from left), THAI Vice President, Product and Guest Experience Department, Mrs. Sorranee Radtanajiravong (forth from left), THAI Director of Customer Relations & Service Quality, and Ms. Manatsawee Subprom (fifth from left), Governing Officer, Investigation and Legal Affairs Bureau, Department of Interior. The lucky winner for each month of the year will receive two free confirmed Economy Class roundtrip tickets for travel with THAI. The names of 12 winners will be announced in Sawasdee Magazine, March 2020 edition and on www.thaiairways.com.

The Customer Satisfaction Survey (e-TCSS) has been conducted since 1997. Survey results are used for product and service development.
