Mr. Suvadhana Sibunruang, Acting Chief Executive Officer, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), presided over the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between THAI Royal Orchid Holiday (ROH) and Advance National Solutions Co.,Ltd. (ANS) to offer THAI and Thai Smile passengers with drive-thru COVID-19 test service at THAI Head Office. Mr. Nond Kalinta, THAI Chief Commercial Officer, and Dr. Sompoch Nipkanont, ANS President, signed the MoU. Mr. Kittiphong Sansomboon, THAI Director, Customer and Marketing, Mr. Korakot Chatasingha, THAI Director, Sales, Mr. Viset Sontichai, Acting Chief Executive Officer, Thai Smile Airways, Mrs. Prima Liangcharoenchai, ANS Board of Directors, and Mr. Witune Arayapipatkul, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Professional Laboratory Management Corp Co.,Ltd. (Prolab), witnessed the signing.
Mr. Nond Kalinta, THAI Chief Commercial Officer, revealed that THAI is Thailand’s first carrier to offer drive-thru COVID-19 test service with social distancing and less physical contact under the Royal Orchid Hospitality Medical Assistance Service project. This exclusive service aims to facilitate THAI and Thai Smile passengers who hold ticket, Royal Orchid Plus (ROP) Platinum and Gold members, as well as companions where COVID-19 test result documents are required in traveling both domestically and internationally. Therefore, THAI and ANS selected Prolab, a medical lab certified by Department of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Public Health, to operate COVID-19 drive-thru test at THAI Head Office, Vibhavadi Rangsit road, on Monday to Saturday from 08.00-14.00 hours starting now until 31 December 2021.
