New Star Alliance lounge access policy for a guest of Star Alliance Gold passengers

Refer Star Alliance Lounge Access policy , from 03 May 2021,
a Star Alliance Gold passenger is entitled to one Eligible Guest " travelling on the same Star Alliance flight only" departing from the local airport where lounges displaying Star Alliance Gold logo. This policy also applies to TG ROP Platinum and Gold passengers when flying on TG and Thai Smile flights.
