THAI Holds Meeting with Debenture Holders and Financial Institution Representatives

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) held a meeting in order to generate an accurate understanding regarding the rehabilitation process and to seek support among debenture holders and financial institution representatives.

Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron, Acting THAI President, said THAI held a meeting with debenture holders and representatives from over 140 financial institutions to generate an accurate understanding regarding the rehabilitation process, future business operations plan, and debt repayment. Debenture holder were informed about the benefits of THAI’s rehabilitation. The responses were positive.

THAI will continually communicate with creditors and debenture holders to gain their support, which is pivotal for the proceeding of THAI’s rehabilitation proceeding.
