England has announced the new policy on entering the country.

From 4am on 18 January 2021, pre-departure testing will be required for all inbound passengers to England.
All passengers must have a proof of a negative test result of COVID-19 lab test (PCR) within 72 hours prior to departure except those who are under 11 years of age.
