Thai Airways International Public Company Limited was recently awarded as the Best Brand Performance on Social Media in Transportation category at the 10th Thailand Zocial Awards 2022. The event is the one of the leading social media award announcements in Thailand and has annually been organized since 2013. THAI Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube accounts were evaluated in quantitative and qualitative performances which include Follower, Interaction, Social Mention, Comment & Share Ratio, Advocacy, Intention, Sentiment, and Brand Love.
