2. To cancel the reservation, a notice at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up time is required to avoid a penalty charge.
3.If clients cancel less than 24 hours before pick-up time, 100% No- Show charge will apply.
4. For arrival clients, meet & greet representative will wait for clients up to 2 hours after the actual flight landing at the gate.In casethe meet & greet representative cannot or is unable to reach clients through any communication channel, 100% No-show charged will be applied.
5. For departure clients, meet & greet representative will wait for clients at the airport terminal and contact clients via clients’ mobile phone. In case the meet & greet representative cannot or is unable to reach clients through any communication channel, 100% No-show charged will be applied.
