Validity Extension of Miles

The uncertainty about COVID-19 during this time may affect decision of many members to use miles.

We do understand the concern of our valued members in this situation, so we specially extend validity of expired miles as follows.

Validity extension of miles:

Expired miles in 2021 and 2022

-  Members who have expired miles in any quarter of 2021 and 2022, these miles will be extended for award redemption until 31 December 2023.

Expiring miles in 2023

-  Any expiring miles on 31 March 2023 will be extended until 31 March 2024
   Any expiring miles on 30 June 2023 will be extended until 30 June 2024
   Any expiring miles on 30 September 2023 and 31 December 2023 will be extended until 30 September 2024

This is an automatic process, no further action by members is required, so you do not need to contact us for extending validity of the miles.
