At the current moment, the following awards are temporarily unavailable for redemption using Royal Orchid Plus miles;
• Air and Upgrade Awards with Star Alliance airlines
• Hotel Awards
• Some Lifestyle Awards i.e. vouchers for restaurants and spas

However, Royal Orchid Plus members can still redeem Air and Upgrade Awards with THAI and THAI Smile.

In addition, any unused Air and Upgrade Awards with Star Alliance airlines, Hotel Awards, and Lifestyle Awards can be returned for mileage re-credit without any fees. If any of the re-credited miles are expired, such miles will have their validity extended to the next 6 months.
i.e. Expiring miles on 30 September 2020 will be valid until 31 March 2021.
     Expiring miles on 31 December 2020 will be valid until 30 June 2021.
