Participating redemption hotels may change at the beginning or during each calendar year without prior notice. If your preferred hotel is no longer participating when you wish to make a booking, kindly choose another hotel in the same Award level if possible.

Bookings must be made through hotel reservation centers, or in some cases directly with the hotel. Hotel contact information is available when accessing Collection 1 and Collection 2 hotels at the bottom of the page. Here you will also find periods in which bookings are accepted, and any other information specific to a hotel partner or individual hotel. Please note Award stays are subject to room availability and hotels may impose black-out periods.

Hotels may also request credit card details to guarantee the Award stay. In the event of a no-show a charge may be applied to the credit card used for a guarantee.
