TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Membership in THAI Customer ID Program is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Only one person can be enrolled per account. Membership will be listed under the participant’s email address and full name in English.
2. Registered Customer accounts may be created by either signing up with unique and valid personal email address to the registered customer or by linking the registered customer’s applicable social media accounts to the registered customer account.
3. All existing subscribers to our newsletters are permitted to open a Registered Customer account. If you are an existing subscriber to our newsletter, by opening a Registered Customer account, you agree and acknowledge that the data stored in relation to your subscription will be transferred to your Registered Customer account.
4. THAI Customer ID is open to any person 16 years of age or older who has a mailing address or any country which has not prohibited participation in the frequent flyer program
5. An applicant can register to become a member of Thai Airways through a self-initiated registration process found at www.thaiairways.com or via the official THAI’s mobile application.
 5.1. Members shall keep their personal information provided to Thai Airways Intl up-to-date in all respects and at all times. Member could update their personal information by themselves via www.thaiairways.com.
 5.2. Thai Airways reserve all of its rights to not be responsible or liable for any losses or damages from counterfeiting information.
 5.3. Thai Airways reserve all of its rights to not be responsible or liable for any fines, losses, damages, penalties, expenses, or any other costs or liabilities resulting from member failing to provide ThaiI Airways with up-to-date personal information.
6. Membership is not transferable. Members are responsible for any use of the Thai Airways websites that occurs in conjunction with your username and password. Please keep your password secure and do not let any person use your username and password.
7. Thai Airways is entitled to unilaterally amend the membership terms and conditions without giving further notice to the individual member. Such change will, unless otherwise stated, take immediate effect. Thai Airways will publish changes to the terms and conditions on its website. However, members are responsible to keeping themselves updated in relation to any changes to the terms and conditions.
8. In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms & conditions governing the program, Thai Airways reserves the right to take appropriate legal action as it deems necessary against members who violate the terms & conditions of THAI membership, and may recover damages, attorneys’ fees, court costs and litigation fees.
9. If the audit reveals that members violate terms & conditions or commit any fraudulent activity or false statements, Thai Airways retains the right to THAI membership, deactivate or delete a personal member account without notice to members.
10. Thai Airways reserves the right to terminate THAI membership at any time with 30-day prior notice.
