Nota  Los pasajeros de Primera Clase, deberán reservar su menú especial gourmet en los vuelos habilitados por lo menos 24 horas antes de la salida del vuelo.

BBML Comida de Bebé para niño de más de 6 meses.
BLML Comida suave. Recomendada para pasajeros con problemas de estomago o intestinales.
CHML Comida de niño de más de 2 años.
DBML Comida para diabéticos dependientes o no de insulina.
FPML Comida de fruta variada con fruta fresca o frutos secos.
GFML Dieta sin gluten, el que se encuentra en el trigo, centeno, cebada y avena.
HNML Comida Hindú sin ternera, vaca o cerdo. Preparada con cordero, pescado y otras carnes. Productos de la leche permitidos.
KSML Comida Kosher según los requerimientos de las leyes judías.
LCML Comida de dieta baja en calorias   
LFML Comida baja en grasa / colesterol 
LSML Comida baja en sal con contenido mínimo de sodio.
MOML Comida musulmana, sin cerdo, bacon, jamón ni alcohol.
Cocinada acorde a las normas Halal. MOML son servidas normalmente en los vuelos de THAI a Pakistan, por lo que no hay que solicitar este tipo de comida en esta ruta.            
NLML Comida baja en lactosa. Omisión de todos los alimentos que contengan leche, lactosa, sólidos lácteos, suero, cuajo y leche desnatada.
SFML Comida de marisco.
RVML Comida vegetariana cruda, una mezcla de vegetales y frutas frescas.
VGML Comida vegetariana europea estricta. Ningún producto animal de ningún tipo.
VJML Comida vegetarian Jain / vegetariana india estricta. Basada en las costumbres Jain. THAI ofrece comida VJML en los vuelos desde 1 de Junio, 2009.   
VLML Comida vegetariana no estricta preparada con productos lácteos 
(huevos, queso, frutas, vegetales, grano y nueces).
VOML Comida vegetariana oriental preparada al estilo chino.

Los pasajeros deben solicitar el servicio de silla de ruedas en el momento de realizar la reserva o 48 horas antes de la salida del vuelo.

THAI ofrece el servicio de silla de ruedas sin cargo extra. Sin embargo, los pasajeros deben poder valerse por sí mismos durante el vuelo. THAI asistirá al pasajero para pasar de la silla de ruedas al asiento y al lavabo.

THAI cuenta con silla de ruedas a bordo que permite a la tripulación asistir a los pasajeros cuando necesitan usar el lavabo. Sin embargo, la tripulación no puede ayudar a los pasajeros dentro del lavabo.
 
Si el pasajero no puede valerse por si mismo en vuelo, deberá viajar con acompañante o escolta, quien será el encargado de gestionar las necesidades del pasajero.

En la salida, el personal de THAI acompañará al pasajero a la puerta de embarque o asiento, y a la llegada, se le ayudará con el equipaje y hasta el área de llegadas.
 
Si el pasajero viaja con su propia silla de ruedas, deberá informar en el momento de realizar la reserva de las medidas, peso y tamaño de la misma para poder programar la carga de la silla en la bodega del avión y devolverla a la sala de equipajes del aeropuerto de destino. Si su silla de ruedas pesa más de 32 kilos deberá solicitar una autorización especial a Thai, debido a las restricciones de peso y tamaño de algunos aeropuertos.

TG Stand-by Upgrading Facility

I.General Rules

- TG Stand-by Upgrading is the facility applicable in the “From…..To…..” basis at passenger contentment and satisfaction. There are two tables of the upgrading surcharges/fees shown in different currencies, varied by boarding point:


a.TG Stand-by Upgrading for sector(s) from Thailand where currency shown in THB (Thai Baht),

b.TG Stand-by Upgrading for other sectors except Thailand where currency show in different local Currency.

 

  • The stand-by upgrading can be requested after the original ticket has been issued.
  • The stand-by upgrading shall only be applied from Economy class to Business Class and Business Class to First Class.
  • Note: The upgrading surcharge table shall be applicable at Check-in Counter of the boarding point on the Departure Date.

  • The stand-by upgrading charge facility is applicable to all TG document issued by using TG carrier Fares (both normal and/or special fares) provided that passenger is travelling on Thai operated Flight (TG 3 - digits flight number).
  • Note: Industry Discount, Agent Discount, ZED Fares, ROP Award Redemption and Barter tickets are not permitted.

  • The upgrading process shall be done at the boarding airport of the applicable sector upon check-in, subjected to seat available at the time of departure.
  • The upgrading facility is applicable to all journey types: One Way, Round Trip, Circle Trip, and Open Jaw.
  • The applicable charge table is permitted for one-way basis.
  • The surcharge level are quoted in accordance with an applicable local currency and based on the actual amount. Any other discount such as Child/Infant, Tour Conductor and Agent Discounts are not permitted.
  • Any additional taxes or surcharges incurred with the upgrading are on passenger expenses.
  • Mileage is earned on the original paid fares.
  • Refund is not applicable to the upgrading surcharges.

II. Privileges for stand-by upgrade

  • Baggage Allowance – permitted in accordance with the new class of service provided that the upgrading process is done at check-in counter.
  • Lounge Access – permitted in accordance with the new class of service provided that the upgrading process is done at check-in counter.
  • Meal Service – in accordance with the new class of service if the upgrading process is completed 2 hours prior to flight departure.

III.Stand-by upgrading surcharge/fee
