ROP Smart Miles Pay

• Applicable to THAI-operated flights for all cabin classes, with ticket issuance available via thaiairways.com only.
• Payment can be made using Royal Orchid Plus miles starting from 500 miles.
• The proportion of miles used toward the fare depends on the ticket price of the selected flight at the time of booking.
• No award chart discounts apply for infant and child tickets.
• Miles cannot be used to pay for taxes and all applicable fees.
• Miles will be deducted from one primary member account only for all passengers under the same booking reference (PNR).
• Miles will be earned based on the flight’s booking class, and are subject to the terms and conditions of each Star Alliance partner frequent flyer programme.
• For non-refundable ROP Smart Miles Pay tickets, miles used for ticket issuance will not be refunded or re-credited to the member’s account.
• For ROP Smart Miles Pay ticket cancellations, expired miles will not be refunded or re-credited to the member’s account.
• Refunds for partially used tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the ticket. 
• If the cash or miles portion of the payment is not sufficient to cover the full refund fee, the outstanding balance will be collected in cash.
• The receipt will show only the amount paid in cash and/or by credit card.
• ROP Smart Miles Pay is available only for ticket purchases in the following currencies:

THB (Thai baht), USD (United States dollar), GBP (Great British pound), EUR (Euro), JPY (Japanese yen), HKD (Hong Kong dollar), MYR (Malaysian ringgit), SGD (Singapore dollar), BND (Brunei dollar), CNY (Chinese yuan renminbi), IDR (Indonesian rupiah), KRW (South Korean won), LAK (Lao kip), PHP (Philippine peso), TWD (New Taiwan dollar), AUD (Australian dollar), NZD (New Zealand dollar), CHF (Swiss franc), DKK (Danish krone), NOK (Norwegian krone), SEK (Swedish krona), CAD (Canadian dollar)
