Position :        Airport Customer Services Agent (정규직)
                          Gimhae International Airport
Start date:     Immediately


Job Description


Deal directly with the public, other airlines and Company employee by

providing Airport customer services in a manner prescribed by the Company.


Position Reports To :  Airport Services Manager, Busan


Key Activities / Responsibilities Duties



* Supervise and assist ground handling agents when doing flight operation

in accordance with THAI 's regulations and policies.

* Maintain good relationship with local authorities , other airlines on

behalf of THAI.

* Inspect and verify passenger documentation.

* Provide information / assistance to passenger as company's

representative. etc.





* At least obtained Bachelor Degree in any fields or higher.

* Ability to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision.

* Must be able to work shift work including irregular shifts and overtime

when required/directed.

* Must be capable of expressing self in a clear and pleasant manner.

* Excellent communication skills (fluently in English both writing ,

reading and speaking). Additional languages desirable.

* Must be able to work on MS office program.
